EXHIBIT HOURS

The exhibit hall is located outside of the main conference ballroom, and so traffic to your table will be heavy before and after the main sessions.

Setup: Friday, February 16, 12:00 – 4:00 PM

Tear-down: Sunday, February 18, 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM

SPACE SELECTION

Exhibit space is selected from a floor plan on a first-come, first-served basis. Beginning in December, exhibitors will be contacted in the order registrations have been received; sign up early to guarantee the best selection!

OTHER INFORMATION

  • Additional exhibitor staff passes are available for $150 each.
  • We have secured a discounted rate of $150 for each 20-amp electric connection. If your booth requires electric, please indicate this on the registration form.
